General Shipping Information:

At Horkastee, all of our products are proudly made in the United States, with processing and shipping taking place Monday through Saturday. Depending on stock and availability, some items in your order may be shipped separately.

Production Time:

  • Standard apparel: 3–5 business days for processing and shipping
  • Custom embroidery, sublimation, and handcrafted items: 5–10 business days

Shipping Time:

  • Within the United States
    • Standard: 6–12 business days
    • Expedited: 4–8 business days
  • International
    • Standard: 14–20 business days
    • Expedited: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking
When available, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey online.


Multiple Orders & Multiple Addresses

  • Orders placed on the same day cannot be combined for shipping.
  • We cannot split a single order for delivery to multiple addresses. To ship to different locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Address Changes
You can request a shipping address change within 4 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins, changes cannot be made. To update your address, email us promptly at contact.horkastee@gmail.com.


Customs Fees & International Delays
For international orders, some countries may require import duties, taxes, or customs fees—these are set and collected by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. International shipments may also face delays due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control. For more details, please check with your local customs office.
