How to Return an Item

We aim to make the return and refund process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Return Guidelines
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Other returns or exchanges: Contact us within 30 days. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include packaging, tags, and any accessories. Returns can be initiated through our website or by emailing us.
- Non-returnable items: Personalized, custom, or final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
For defective products beyond the 30-day return window, we may offer repair or replacement options.
Order cancellations must be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, production begins, and cancellations cannot be processed.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the return value.
